COPYRIGHT - All copyrights wholly reserved by Mia&Mummy. No part may be reproduced whole or part under any circumstances.

PAYMENTS - Once your payment is processed and cleared, your order will be made and then shipped to you. We accept all card formats and Afterpay. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - All our customised/personalised products should be in stock however there may be peak times when we run out of some particular styles.  If this was to happen we will contact you and offer another item or if we are unable to offer a suitable product we will provide a refund in full.  If a product has been out of stock for some time and you require it please feel free to contact us to discuss. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF MIND-

We do not accept change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order. We can go ahead with the cancellation. Only if the items have not be made. If the items have not be made then we will refund you mins a 20% restock.admin fee.   

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - There are no exchanges or refunds provided for change of mind. However items that are faulty or damaged, not including damage by incorrect attempts of application of personalised labels, will need to be reported to us within 7 days of your receiving. We will then re send a new item out. Or refund if that item is out of stock. 

WHOLESALE: No refunds will be given for change of mind. Refunds will be given if the item/items are damaged in transit. Mia&Mummy are not reasonable for the application of the UV-DTF wraps. Mia&Mummy will also not be reasonable for anything after the application is done. Care instructions should be given to the customer by you.  

 

MQR is 3 pieces per design. If you do purchase less then 3, we will send you a invoice for the remaining, this invoice needs to be paid before your order gets shipped. 

We will refund if you wish minus a 15% admin fee. 

RRP: Is between $5.50 and $6 if you are selling on as just wraps only. 

Anything less we will ask you to change your prices. If this does not occur we will cancel your wholesale account with Mia&Mummy. If this does accrue any wraps designed by Mia&Mummy as well as designs made exclusively to Mia&Mummy must not be sold onto anyone.  

 

Any issues in regards to your order needs to addressed and written in email with in 7 days of delivery. 

ERRORS - An error made by Mia&Mummy will be reprinted and posted free of charge however errors that are within the wording submitted by the clients will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the clients responsibility to check all personalised wording is correct at the time of placing the order. 

COLOUR DISCLOSURE - Acutal colours may vary slightly from photos or colours seen on screen.

ADHESIVE LABEL CARE - We use the highest quality adhesive vinyl, designed for durability. This means it is removable but is definitely not reusable. To ensure a long lasting life please ensure you follow the following: -  Do not put in the dishwasher, Handwash only, Do not soak, Do not microwave, Do not place in freezer, Do not scrub or use abrasive items such as scourers.

CLOTHING CARE - Clothing items are created using transfer paper and heat press, which makes it more affordable and a simple design process.  Clothing items will need to be washed inside out to minimise the risk of peeling and fading. It is also recommended that they be hung out to dry immediately after being washed. If an item is stretched the print will have what appears to be 'cracks' this is because the print is embedded within the fibres of clothing it is just on the top surface.

SHIPPING & POSTAGE - Please ensure delivery details are correct when placing order. Mia&Mummy take no responsibility for lost items posted by us to an address that has been incorrectly provided by the customer. If your package is going to a business address please ensure business details are provided. 

All items are sent via Australia Post. Pending size , most orders will be sent with tracking details. Express Post is available at additional fees - this will also be sent with tracking details. 

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS - Australia Post can be unpredictable especially in peak seasons such as Christmas, therefore we ask that you allow extra time for delivery.  Normal deliver period for National Orders is 5 business days. However International Orders can take more than 10 days depending on destination. 

BLACK FRIDAY SALE- Any orders previously made will not receive a discount. So any past orders will not be given credit or a refund. Sale runs from the 24-11-23 to the 27-11-23.
