Refunds & Exchanges.

Personalised/custom items:

No refunds will be giving to personalised/custom items. Unless the item is damage during transit. Then We are more then happy to send you a new item or if that item is not in stock or can not be custom made again. Then we will go ahead with a refund. 

Refunds will not be given for change of mind. 

If your item is damaged during transit then we will resend you a new item. If that item is out of stock then we will process a refund for you.

T-Shirt Size guide  

T-Shirts can be exchanged but the customer is responsible for all shipping. The T-shirt will need to be returned with in 14 days. Then we can exchange only if we have that design/size in stock. Before you return,you will need to contact us first.

The T-Shirt needs to have all tags on,not have been worn,no damage,no stains ect.

Mia&Mummy will also not be reasonable for anything after the application is done. Care instructions should be given to the customer by you.  

If your order is cancelled due to change of mind. They a refund may be given minus 50% fee.
